International Orders

 

 ARTsainu will also ship orders to most countries Internationally.

Shipping within the Continental United States is free of charge.

Shipping fees will apply when orders are shipped outside of the Continental USA.

 Tracking numbers for International orders:   

    **International orders rely on the couriers of the destination country and their shipping method. In many cases tracking might end once your shipment reaches its last stop before leaving the U.S.A. and Artsainu may be unable to track the status of your shipment once it has left the Continental United States.

International Orders delivery time:   

     Your order may be delayed at customs due to your country's regulations, and more busy times of the year.                                                                                                 ARTsainu does not have control over this possible delay. 

Your country may charge duty and/or taxes upon arrival of your shipment. ARTsainu is not responsible for any charges the customer incurs for the shipment by the receiving country.                                                                                                                            These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay.                                                                                                                                      Duties are import tariffs charged by the receiving country’s customs agency. 

The duty rate is calculated based on a few factors:

• the product’s declared value and shipping costs
• the product category as determined by the HS code 

{An HS code consists of at least six digits and is used by customs to classify the product being shipped. That way it can accurately calculate taxes and duties}

• the country or region of origin
• the destination country's tariff rates
